is so much fun.
Every day he tries new things, says new words, finds new things to get into.
I love it.
Some of my favorite new tricks and moments:
*today we went to my friend's pool. As soon as we walked in the gate, and he laid eyes on the pool, he smiled and said, "wow!"
* He totally favors his daddy right now. I think it's sweet, but could live without the huge fits that are thrown whenever daddy leaves the house...
*He can sit and play by himself for hours. He loves cars, puzzles, coloring books, and picture books.
*He notices when someone is missing and looks for them (like today, he was looking around the house calling "DAAAAD!")
*He requests what he wants without any prompting - he'll pat my leg and say "milk" or "mum-mum?"
*He'll randomly come up and kiss me or hug me, then go back to playing.
*He makes truck noises and cow noises frequently
*he's the best imitator and it gets pretty funny around here when he wants to do everything mom does
*He has the biggest, silliest, sweetest smile
*he helps dress himself
* he LOVES filling things up - whenever I'm missing something small (like nail polish), I search through his toy box and usually find it stuffed inside a toy car or something.
* He loves babies - he smothers them with kisses whenever he gets the chance. We've been getting lots of "big brother" comments because of it! Sorry, Ry-Ry, you'll have to wait awhile to have another baby in this house to smooch on.
He loves to dance, eat, and read stories with mom and dad. He's just the best.
